Hi everyone - welcome to my blog. It's named after a billboard slogan I saw one time driving on one of the NJ highways (probably 78 west).

Anyhoo, my first topic of discussion is Taylor Ham. I'd never heard of this meat until I came to NJ a few years ago. All the stores have it around here on breakfast sandwiches and stuff. Kind of looks like Spam to me - not that there is anything wrong with that.
